Past life Regression Hypnosis Sessions
Regression therapy is a specific approach to psychotherapy that helps people improve their emotional and cognitive health by resolving past events.
What is Past Life Regression Therapy? Past Life Regression (PLR)
Past Life Regression is a gentle form of hypnotherapy which takes an individual back through time to their previous lives or incarnations by accessing memories and experiences that are normally hidden in their subconscious mind.
Past Life Regression can help you to:
- Reconnect with past life experiences.
- Help you understand why you feel a deep connection with certain places.
- Explore your past life and current experiences.
- Identify physical ailments you have, which may be remnants of past life experiences.
- Explore unresolved emotions which have carried through into this lifetime, creating fears or beliefs which you have been unable to explain.
- Acknowledge and embrace the key lessons learned through those lives.
How long does a Past Life Regression session last? The regression itself generally lasts around 1 hour and 45 minutes and this is followed with discussion about your experience. I like to talk with you before and after the session, so I would ask for at least 2 hours to be kept aside. In essence, the length of the session will be determined by what unfolds. Every session is unique.
Does my session have to be face to face, or can it be online? I offer Past Life Regression either face to face Locally, or online over Zoom. Zoom allows us to meet face to face online for as long as we need to. I will send you a link to access our meeting sometime beforehand.
PSYCH-K Sessions
A PSYCH-K session is a simple and effective way for you to change limiting subconscious beliefs that are blocking you from reaching your goals in life!
In a PSYCH-K session, you will define your present situation (problem) to identify and transform subconscious beliefs/programs that are keeping you from reaching your desired outcome.
To change your undesired subconscious programs, a unique combination of resources like Muscle Testing, Whole-Brain Integration, and Goal Clarification for the Subconscious Mind are used. This approach enables you to communicate directly with your subconscious mind in order to safely and effectively change subconscious beliefs. This process is called a Balance, because it creates a balanced identification between the left and right side of the brain, allowing safe and effective access to the subconscious mind to make the desired changes.
The average session is usually one hour, however this may vary depending on your specific goal or goals, it may be possible to work on more than one issue in the same session.
